  So mad. This place used to be open until 6pm. I went today and they closed at 4pm! Now I have to go out of my way to somehow try to go in the mornings. Why can't you be open until at least 5pm?

  Went to the ATM on jog rd someone was just about to lock the door they saw me and just lock the door right in my face. By the way what's the purpose of having the only ATM machine you have locked inside the bank? Makes no sense to me. I think Citibank makes all their services out of reach so they can always get a fee from you the wealthy people gets all the benefits then they take fees from poor people like me all the time #badbankingexperienceallthetime

  Parking lot is beyond full,had to park by Walgreens ATM doesn't work on a Monday morning WHY WOULD THEY?? ,line is by the door and only one teller working inside ,the other teller is busy with the drive thru window customers. Ranjit by the door dressed in a JC Penney suit thanking everyone for their patience ,how about just jump behind the counter and take care of cusomers who waited over 20 minutes just to deposit money.

  They cut down on service big time - to save money. I ask, how much money does a bank need? They closed the drive-through for old people, so now they have to crawl in. Bad place. I wish I could put my money under the matress again! Shity Bank loves your money - they hate you..
