  An amazing law firm. When I got in over my head in debt, which were mostly credit cards, I called them and, right from the start, they were on top of things. They held my hand thruout the whole process. The whole staff, and Mr. Cohen especially, was warm and welcoming. Very reassuring. If I knew of anyone like me, who was in need of the help that bankruptcy can offer, I would not hesitate to recommend them here for help.

  I came to see Brian when I ran into difficulty paying my bills once my disability payments were cut almost in half. I had really tried to keep up with everything but I found I could no longer make ends meet. I was hesitant to declare bankruptcy because of all the negative connotations but I felt there was just no other choice. Brian went over all the options with me, including debt consolidation and settlements with my creditors. However when I crunched all the numbers I reached the conclusion that I just couldn't realistically do anything else. I have to say that I never felt at any time like Brian was trying to convince me to go with bankruptcy. He presented every one of my options to me in an unbiased way. It was something that I decided after looking deeply at all my options. In fact, I probably delayed the inevitable for far too long. Anyway, I'm glad I went to Brian for help, and I can recommend him to anyone who like me just can't find another way out.

  Hello everyone, I found Brian to be a wonderful and sympathetic surprise from what I was expecting from a bankruptcy attorney..I was scared and embarrassed by my situation and assumed I would be treated like a failure and just generally a bad person..I found it difficult to even say the word bankruptcy, much less think about talking to an attorney about it.. When I first met Brian in his office, he greeted me with a firm handshake and a smile, and I knew immediately that my worst concerns were something I no longer had to be fearful of..What a relief! , , .I consider myself very fortunate to have experienced some very good times in my life, but when I found myself buried in So much misfortune and after suffering two very serious illnesses , I was unable to meet my financial obligations and began receiving threatening, harrassing phone calls from the bill collectors !! I only wish someone had referred me to Brian sooner so I wouldn't have had to live with this horrible situation as long as I did...One visit to Brian's office and I believe your search for professional, encouraging, compassionate, yet confident direction to a new beginning will be over....Thanks again to Brian and his superstar staff, Deanna (Dee) Corman....

  I was at my wits end when I called them. The woman on the other end of the phone was super friendly and really seemed to care about my problem, and that has been representative of my entire experience with this law firm. I'm still working with them on my Chapter 7 case, and things are going very smoothly. If my experience represents that of the rest of their clients experiences (and I have no reason not to believe so) then I can definitely recommend them if your in trouble with debt. You won't be disappointed.
